This was a very unique take on shifters. the narrators both did a great job bring the story to life.

Great start

I enjoy Debbie Cassidy's imagination. Her characters are unique and always grow into stronger personalities. This book caught me up in a new world and I am intrigued. I can't wait to find out how it plays out.

Whose Sin?

Debbie Cassidy begins her exciting Wolves of Hawthorne Cove series with a strong book one, A Shifter’s Sin.

There is a lot of ‘set up’ in the first book and her female lead character is not as strong as maybe we think she should be, but the storyline moves on unexpectedly and we are pulled in.

The narration, by Kiera Stevens and Troy Duran help set the tone and make the audible story POP from the page!

A world worth getting lost in ...

After this experience, I'm officially a Debbie Cassidy fan—I'd now like to read her entire catalogue.

This read manages to blend small-town vibes, fresh-start vibes and more along those lines (new girl in town, something to prove, and more) with mythology, good vs. evil, misunderstandings of epic proportions, legends, drama, what I think is a future best-friends-to-lovers tale, action, a bit of heat and more, while weaving in multiple mysteries. The intrigue never stops and I was hooked from start to finish.

4 stars.

I ended up passing out at 2 AM reading this and woke up the next day and finished it lol I was addicted it is absolutely amazing. highly recommended

A must

Quinn a half-breed Lycan that can't shift gets rejected by her mate, then when she inherits a house in a town that lycans can't go into the alpha user her insecurities and desires (to belong) to retrieve a relic.

Stunning new series!

Once again Debbie Cassidy completely delivers. I love the creative way she introduces her readers to her version of Lycans. I also love that she always gives you a great main character.

Quinn is strong, but you get to really see her vulnerability as she fights so hard to find her place and prove her worth within and outside the pack. After Quinn is rejected by her mate, she learns her mother left her a house in Hawthorne Cove. Her alpha finds out and has a dangerous plan for Quinn in Hawthorne Cove. She'll learn a lot about herself and even more about what her pack.

You'll have to listen to see who she meets there and what it means for her. One thing is clear, Quinn's life will never be the same.

Great start to a series! I enjoyed starting Quinn’s journey with her and her best friend Tate. Her growth from being manipulated and used to starting to have more confidence in herself had me rooting for her every step of the way. The dual narration was great! This does end on a cliff hanger.

Interesting beginning and like it enough to see where it goes. A new species and familiar ones.

okay what the heck is going on here. im so confused, what is this new pack and why did she get that mark. Debbie baby i got to admit this is a good book and its keeping at the edge of my seat. i cant wait to start on the next book.
