Lovely Historical Fiction

The story continues to follows the Foster and Ramsey families during the war as they adjust to changes. Beautiful family values and faith throughout.

Wonderful Story

Great feel good story with its up and downs. Enjoyed all parts of the story. The narrator was excellent.

Enjoyable and Inspiring

Enjoyed the many characters, some mature, some growing, some selfish, some wounded.
Held my interest throughout. Would read another by this author. I reread this after about a year, and enjoyed even more the second time.

Loved this Series!

This last was definitely my favorite with the World War I storyline. Highly recommend. I will miss these characters and Highland Hall.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. This is my favorite of the series (although I’ve love all 3). Very well thought through characters, story and biblical solutions. Wonderfully edifying!

Action Packed! Heartwarming!

I loved it! This book certainly had a lot going on. Family drama, the struggles of war, healing more than just wounds. Great story of Faith, Hope and Love.

The narrator did an excellent job! So many accents &so much emotion. Very well done!

Inspiring story

World War I has been raging for some time and now is affecting the life of many in London, including young Penny Ramsey. She and her family are forced to move away from the city to her cousin William's estate, Highland Hall. I highly recommend reading the first two books in this series also- the Governess of Highland Hall and the Daughter of Highland Hall. History and romance intertwine in an inspirational story of bravery, love and faith. The audio reading of this brought me right in to the story. Highly recommend.

Great Series

This book is a wonderful read. You can’t guess the ending but it is wonderful. I enjoyed the complete series and would recommend it to all my friends.
