I love this book I like how it’s written and the story how you can fall in love all over again

I wasn’t a huge fan of the narration- I read the book instead and it was six million times better.

What was isn’t

I loved the building of an ironic story of a story. It only took a moment to make the decision to go on this journey with the romance-seeking young woman who takes a wrong turn that turns out to be oh so right. She is following a deceased author whom she adores but who passed away while in the midst of a series in upstate New York. The story and journey builds on itself in a way that forced me to continue along the way and although it didn’t seem like it would have a happy ending, did indeed.
I love this author and hope to find each and every one of her books and read all of them!

OOF this bit for me but if you want a book that focuses only or mainly on the main romance then this is not it.

Love of books with friends!

I enjoyed the escape to book world and the story of friendships that build in a book club. Beginning was my favorite getting lost in a town.

Whimsical

I LOVE her books and their whimsy. This one was admittedly more challenging for me to get into, but I’m positive it has more to do with my having COVID while reading it. My recovery came as I finished it and my heart is so full. I loved it so much. My favorite part to read is the author acknowledgements. I feel like I can catch a glimpse at their beautiful creative minds and feel the whimsy. I’m sorry…I’m rambling now. PICK IT UP AND READ IT! <3

Engaging and unexpected

I enjoyed this story with all the unexpected and expected turns. The story was very well knit together and the characters were brought to life.

Why I love reading

This was cliche AF and I ate it up. This is what every romance novel is like. This is basically a hallmark movie script. I really liked the love story and how it relates to reading. I love reading and This just gave me all the feels. Not my favorite book from this author, but still as magical and beautiful as I thought it would be.
