About this listen
Sven has been thrown to the winds of fate by none other than the Ernestral Family, breaking what ties that bind and severing not only his present, but his future with them. Worse, they have absconded with his fiance Rina, a member of the Elarii slave race.
However, not all hope is Lost. Torn, the Lord of the Covenant, has dispatched aid, and with his sworn sword Wannock Sven plans to save Rina, and he cares not what lands are salted and bridges are burned in his pursuit of saving the girl he loves.
This is book two of the series 'Duty and Defiance'. It contains strong themes such as the brutalities of war, the brutalities of slavery, as well as the ill effects of subjective morality. Also one or two warcrimes. No steamy sex scenes or harem relationships. My mother reads my books, and it would make Thanksgiving weird.
