A Great Listen

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request, and have voluntarily left this review. Life is never dull for Becky Tibbs. When Becky decides to go on holidays with her boyfriend, her brother and her best friend, it's not quite as relaxing as she thinks it will be. As a Medium she's used to ghost tracking her down, but she was on holidays and hoping she'd get a break. But she didn't get her wish. Between ghosts and dreams, her little group gets kicked out the campground. A first for her well mannered police officer boyfriend. A very enjoyable series, the characters are unique, adding to the suspense filled plot in this action filled, and at times humourous tale.

Becky Tibbs taking a vacation was a treat. She is usually all about working and helping ghosts in her hometown, so it was nice to see her with her boyfriend, brother, and best friend taking a break. I enjoyed this one.
Kim Rossi is a very good narrator.

suspenseful, wonderful, addictive!

The narrator does a beautiful, beautiful job! She truly makes the characters come to life. She does great with her accent, male and female voices. You almost forget that you are reading a book. you will definitely be looking for other books that this near raider does.

as much as I would like to tell you to read this book immediately, I can’t do that. You need to start with the first book in the series. This book will mean so much more, will be so much more enjoyable, if you start from the beginning of the series. in the early stages of this book, there are certain details that are revealed. However, if you start from the beginning of the series, you get to experience the details firsthand. Becky, Barbara, and Bobby, the three siblings, are desperately trying to continue living their lives as mediums. in the beginning of this book, they are on vacation with their significant others. again, you definitely need to start from the beginning of the series. There is a major event that occurs in this book. The Life changing event will definitely make more sense when you read the previous book. It will not have as strong of an affect, if you just read this book by itself. The end of the book will leave your mouth hanging open! A true cliffhanger! You will immediately be grabbing the next book in the series. The author has left you definitely wanting more!

On A Camping Trip

Chariss K Walker continues to entertain me with her series about Becky and her family, who are mediums that can interact with ghosts. In this sixth book, Becky, her boyfriend Patrick, her brother Bobby, and her best friend Hillary all decide to go camping in the Pisgah National Forest over the 4th of July holiday. This book has some suspense, a little mystery, and a few laugh out loud moments as Becky's vacation doesn't go exactly as planned. I recommend this series to others who enjoy this genre. Kim Rossi's narration is great as she provides different voices for the characters and her voice is very expressive. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily left this review.

mean ghosts

I was not expecting this to be so heavy. I thought it would be lighthearted and fun. The ghosts were mean and with I'll intentions. I wasn't happy with the cliffhanger ending. Who does that in ghost stories??? Wth?!!!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job with voices and expressions.
