A Bookmobile of Murder

Addie heads over to Pen Hollow to attend a library sale and finds more than books for sale when she buys the bookmobile that ran to the rural areas. Then she finds herself involved in investigating a murder where she and her assistant are the prime suspects. An excellent who done it with romance.

This one kept me guessing!

Very good story kept me guessing right up until the end. I hope some of the next stories have a plot on the bookmobile.

A Margin for Murder is an entertaining cozy mystery. I look forward to the next book.

Narration

The reading by Lauren Ezzo is difficult to follow. Voices are all the same. Would like to her the first lady, Karen White read all future books.

The story is great but the narrator makes it hard to enjoy. They need to go back to the original narrator.

Prefer narrator from start of series

Main character is just not as likable with new narrator. Talk about high maintenance! Mark and Simon should both find new women.

Very disappointed in this narrator.

I don’t understand why this narrator was chosen. Everyone sounds like they are in their 90s and barely able to breathe while talking. It’s unlistenable with this narrator. Why would a 20 something/30 something year-old character be portrayed by an older lady narrator?! And why are all of the men who are also in their 20s and 30s sounding like they are 90-year-olds on their deathbed?! I can’t even get through it, and I listen to all of Jenny’s books. Very disappointed in this narrator.

Good Story, Horrible Narrator

I was going to skip this book but I wanted to hear the book before Addie’s wedding story. This was one of the better books in the series and it kept me guessing.
Unfortunately, the new narrator is still reading and she is horrible. Please find someone else.

I don't know anyone who enjoys the lead character being accused of murder. She was persecuted until near the end.
No attorneys were brought in except the estate attorney for a minor character.
The inept corrupt sheriff and his wife had no consequences
AND the the OBGYN didn't know a woman was having twins until the 8th month.
