Publisher's summary

When Eric and his friend Robbie decide to spend Christmas at Eric's aunt's hotel, they were expecting mince pies and brandy. However, one of the guests at Eve Manor has something entirely different planned for Christmas: murder.

As Eric and Robbie attempt to unravel the mystery and find the killer, who can they trust from the other guests, and can they keep Eric's aunt Patricia alive until Boxing Day?

An entertaining, festive murder mystery that is perfect for those cold wintry evenings by the fire.

Don't bother

I'm pretty sure this book would be a good read however the narrator is terrible. The acoustics are awful and I'm not sure if she's an American trying to put on a posh British accent or she's a Brit who has lived in the US for ages but some words are hard to understand and she is hard to listen to. You can hear the joins in sentences too, sometimes every two or three words. I couldn't get past the first chapter. Disappointed to have paid for this one.
