Uhhh! I’m so mad I started this series without checking if it was complete first 😡. Now I’m anxiously awaiting book 3 whose release date is TBD, and an even longer wait for the audiobook version. Great series though!

Excellent continuation

As with the first book there are parts of this one that are slow and repetitive but if you look past that the story is so good. I love that the FMC is a badass and continues to prove it over and over saving herself and others multiple times. I also love the slow burn and slow build of the story and figuring out secrets one at a time. The narration is once again excellent! I wish the author had sprung for duet narration but it’s excellent anyway. My only complaint is that the pov is not stated at the beginning of the chapter so it is a little confusing until you figure out whose mind you’re in. Can’t wait for the next one! Definitely recommend!!

I counted down the MINUTES for this audiobook. I loved it! It was a great read and the audiobook just makes it better. I am a huge Desireé Ketchum fan and Corvin King absolutely slayed this. His Annex is perfect and I am so glad we are blessed with it.

Why must I wait!!!!!

Ok, that ending made me scream like she gets a whole chapter no,no,no… I need the next book. This was so enjoyable I read it on my kindle because I couldn’t wait then listened to it and I feel like I missed a few things because nope you need to read it I can’t say more without spoiling it!! This has become one of my favorite series it’s so, so good it’s like book wine the more you read the better it gets this should be your next read but start on book one. 😏

Just when it was getting juicier and revealing more of the mysteries that kept me guessing in the last it left me on the next cliffhanger! Ugh this series is great. I need more of it!
Even though the POV wasn’t established like it was in the last book it still was pretty easy to understand who it was after a cpl of sentences.
