Informative and Inspiring!

If you're 50+ and remotely thinking about going for a hike or, for that matter, a long walk around the block, take advantage of the insight and inspiration from this wonderful resource from Kate. She will help you to think about hiking differently and ensure you are prepared for the things you need to realize you should be thinking about. She has a very pleasing and upbeat narration style, in addition to the solid advice and tips she provides.

She also provides a handy 51-page PDF that details everything she says, so you won't have to take lots of notes, and the 50 Tips are on the last few pages in an easy-to-read format that is on two pages. This audiobook is ideal to listen to months before you go hiking and just a few days before you leave to ensure the ideas stay top of mind so you can have the best hiking experience possible. Kate's positivity bleeds through this audiobook and will remind you that you're always young for the adventures of hiking. Thanks for the excellent resources, tips, and reminders. Loved the tips and the enthusiasm

I really could feel the passion of Kate in the book. Each tip is easilly applied, and my favorite quote was to "turn fear into a compass" and "Turn your hike into a moving meditation" For anyone who wants to incorporate hiking into their life I really recommend this book/audiobook!
