Strength Exercises Made Easy

I love how the author shared a personal journey and positive experience with resistance bands. There are other examples here where seniors found success and regained their fitness using resistance bands, which are also inspirational. I finally understood the power of progressive overload. A must listen for senior fitness!

This audiobook is really great, the author does an incredible job at providing step by step directions to get you in and out of poses with ease. The routines are easy to follow and quick so you can incorporate them into your day. It came with a pdf that had illustrations that where so helpful. I like how all the different types of bands where explained and there where many different types of exercises and routines to target each area of the body i.e. upper, lower, core ect. This book is really comprehensive and an incredible tool to have to help your each your fitness and health goals! Highly recommend!

Aging with Strength

I'm a fitness enthusiast and plan to age well. A huge part of that is maintaining our strength, muscles, and balance. I absolutely love resistance bands in my own exercise routine. They are simple, affordable and don't take up space. The exercises throughout the book are simple and easily explained to bring you a full body workout from head to toe. The pdf. is an added bonus illustrating the exercises for a visual.

Quick and Effective Exercises for any Age

This audiobook turned out to be a great find—even though I’m only 48, the simple routines are perfect for fitting some strength training into a busy day. I like stretching and doing low impact excercises while watching TV at night. I love how these exercises don’t require a lot of space or equipment, and they’re surprisingly effective at helping me feel more flexible and energized.

My lower back pain has even improved since I started using the band.
