Informative Resource on Healthy Foods
I came across this audiobook “39 Mediterranean Diet Superfoods” which is good because I wanted to try listening to more titles related to being more healthy with the food that I eat. I am able to have a resource with regards to the positive impact the superfoods being mentioned here provides. A good number of foods mentioned here is already available in our kitchen, which is good to know.

I am so happy I found this book. I hate strict diets that feel like sacrificing too much and not enjoying eating, but this book provides great foods that are healthy and delicious. I can't wait to start making some of the meals mentioned here!

Good, quick listen
This was a really good quick lesson or healthy food options and why they are healthy. I would not consider all foods necessarily Mediterranean (or maybe they are and I need to change my term of Mediterranean lol) but nonetheless I enjoyed hearing about them and I’m planning to add some of them to my diet more.

An outstanding book!
I found a lot of valuable information in this book about different foods and the benefits of each one that I didn’t know about. This book goes into detail about the foods we may already be consuming, and by learning more about them, we can be healthier eating them alone or by combining them for even more health benefits. Also, different foods not only improve health but prevent wrinkles as well. One food fact that I found fascinating is that rubbing the inside peel of the banana on the skin can alleviate skin irritations.
One of my favorite foods to cook is Kale. I learned that it has more vitamins than an orange including cancer-fighting benefits. The book details various foods and explains the benefits of each one, including benefits that I didn't know. One food that I love that I didn’t know had these other benefits is Avocados. They not only help with digestion, improve vision, have cancer-fighting properties, it also enhances cognitive function with those suffering from ADHD. Really good to know! My youngest grandson has autism, and one of his favorite go to foods that he loves to eat above everything else.
After reading this book, I now can start making better meal prep or snack choices for my family as well as for myself knowing the properties each contains. I highly recommend this gem for anyone wanting to get healthier and wanting to know the benefits that different foods can do for them and their families. A lot of information is packed into this book! Awesome job!

Amazing Super-foods reference guide
I really enjoyed hearing this audiobook, the choice of the narrator was excellent and the content explained here, made this audiobook the "Audio Reference Guide of Mediterranian Diet Superfoods" a must for everyone seeking information about the advantages and nutritional values of the most common Mediterranian foods.
If you follow the Mediterranian Diet, like me or you are interested in hearing about how these superfoods contribute to your body health, I recommend this audiobook to you.

A perfect resource for everyone's health!
