Relax

Love these British or English ,insane wife and mother, who turns out not to be insane after all and saves the day. This time the husband wasn't the villain but still got kicked to the curb.

The best, short and does the job

So many guided meditations are just too darn long. This is just the perfect length and it puts me right to sleep. I have used it every night. The narrator is just right in tone and modulation!

BREATHE IN THRU THE NOSE...still works 2022

Current thought- now Sept 2022 - my companion when rest needed and my anxieties resist. His voice and words slip me into sleep - keeper for me.

your voice takes some getting used to.

if there's a way you can find to soften your voice that would be so nice. it's very harsh.

My Go-To Relaxation Audio

This is a soothing audio with spoken words and a spacey-sounding synthesizer type of background. I have listened to it before bed, but also during my lunch break and when I’m home, relaxing outdoors. It’s become a favorite of mine.

odd

the words are good but the flow of the music doesn't help relax. it starts and stops and feels tense. I think it's quite the opposite of what they were trying to achieve. RE-RECORD the odd music to make it silky and flowing, and I'll try it again.
