Loving it!



Wow, I've been doing the guided imagery and it's so well done! You are literally in a trance working on your physical ailment through creative visualization. Makes you feel healed after each session, which I feel is the intent. When our energy changes, so does our body.

Relaxing to Heal


The premise behind these meditations is to first achieve a state of complete relaxation. In neuroscience, I guess you would say in an alpha/theta wave state. Then, once you've released the tension from your body, begin the process of healing with guided imagery or affirmations. 5/5

Heal your body and soul



The music in the Relaxation Hypnosis is amazing. Loving the japanese temple theme. Narration has been solid in both audiobooks so far.

Meditations



I haven't healed yet, but I definitely have been feeling less anxious about my condition. I'm sure this helps reduce the stress hormones and gives space for the body to do what the body does best. With time, I'm sure results will come.
