Just what I needed
My grandma is starting to lose her mobility and strength and I needed something that would be simple and easy for her to do at her age. This was the perfect thing as it had a wide variety of exercises and ways to progress the exercises as well so I feel confident that this will last her for a good time to come.

My Chair Exercise Reference
I absolutely loved this audiobook! It’s easy to follow and packed with helpful exercises. The instructions are clear, and the narrator's voice is calm and encouraging. I appreciated the focus on seniors—it feels like it was made just for me. The short 10-minute routines are perfect for my busy days.

What I admired about these 2 books is that with the 4 workout sessions they offer, you are capable of a complete body workout which will have the effect of improving your balance, and strength. The videos are a great bonus, not to mention that this entire set is geared toward Seniors. .

Excellent resource
This 2 in 1 audiobook is an excellent resource for improving balance, stability and general fitness in the senior population. The author eloquently describes why balance is so important as we age, and conversely why we lose some stability as we age. The exercises are simply but throughly described and, at the beginning of the audiobook, instructions are given as to how to access the videos showing each exercise in full, as well as the 30 day workout samples. Overall a great resource for all.

You can workout at home!
This is so exciting, because you can do all of this in your own house. This is great, especially when you don't want to drive to the gym in the cold. There are also extras, like videos, to help you improve your strength and balance.
