Fabulous training manual for top athletes, If you or anyone you know is a young athlete, this book will be one of the most important books ever.

It covers everything you need to become a top athlete while maintaining the physical and mental health that will make it all worthwhile... from programming your mind for success to dealing with stress, time management, and balancing your time so you have a healthy and vibrant life, concrete goal setting, giving and getting mentorship and help, and so much more.

On the mental health side, it teaches you how to maintain "mental toughness" while avoiding what many top athletes have suffered through. You'll learn to say NO when it's something that will add stress and anxiety or rob you of the free time you need for school, mental relaxation, and enjoying the personal relationships that you would otherwise lose because of the commitment you made to athletic excellence.

For winning, you'll learn about the power of positive thinking, not just for winning, but for maintaining your health and personal relationships. You'll learn visualization, and even, avoiding the blue light from your computer that actually interferes with your ability to get a restful sleep,

From a physical standpoint, you'll learn breathing techniques, and how self-talk and even your body's posture can help strengthen your self-confidence.

And from a mental standpoint, you'll learn to overcome and limit self-criticism, and how to respond rather than reacting to criticism, so you don't get emotionally overwhelmed by something you'll face regularly as you become more successful as an athlete.

I highly recommend this book if you or someone close to you is an aspiring athlete, I believe it will give you the edge you have been seeking while protecting you from the emotional challenges that many of the world's greatest athletes face.

Wow! This book is a life-empowering experience!

It exposes us to knowledge of the subliminal power our brain's inner voice has in controlling our ability to achieve the kind of life we crave. Then, it engages us in a 5-day "Manifestation for Money" exercise to reprogram our brains, so we experience the power of this incredible tool ourselves,

We quickly discover how self-talk has the ability to either motivate or sabotage our ability to generate wealth and happiness. We learn firsthand how the subliminal power of the words that are programmed inside our minds can be changed in a surprisingly simple and enjoyable way.

Think about it.

Subtly, how often do we say to ourselves, "I am broke," or "I don't have enough money to get what I want," when that programming could be easily diverted, so it stops sabotaging our ability to achieve our life's most important goals and instead, starts igniting it.

If you are willing to commit completely to the 5-Day Challenge, I believe you will be surprised at how valuable "Manifestation for Money" can be in your life.

Wow! This audiobook is fabulous for teens and parents. The best instruction guide I have ever experienced, on so many levels.

For starters, I love how easy she makes it for teens to listen to her tips and advice, without feeling like they are being preached to. The benefit to my daughter was profound.

She covers so much, in an easy-to-listen-to format. From social skills to active listening to building and strengthening self-esteem to finding ideal friends to protecting from bullying or becoming the victim of abuse, and so much more,

Plus she has tons of fun facts. I never knew eye contact in Japan is considered rude; smiling a grin in Korea is a sign of embarrassment. This goes with her discussions about the importance of "empathy" and how easy it is to get it wrong when we think we understand what the other person is going through.

Her addressing the importance of building effective communication skills was really eye-opening on so many levels... and how even the idea of going out of your way to talk to people you meet strengthens your ability to build powerful communication skills that can carry forward into your adult life, even helping you get better jobs ... was eye opening and inspiring for me and my daughter.

Plus, the idea to stop comparing yourself to others, combined with all the skills in the book help strengthen self-confidence of our kids in ways I could never have expected.

I highly recommend this book to anyone with teens, and even to adults who want to understand what it takes to improve themselves. Like me, I believe you will find this inspiring and valuable on so many levels!

Wow! If you are a consultant looking for ways to grow your business, or someone preparing to create a profitable consulting practice for yourself, this could be one of your most important resources.

It's like a complete training program on how to be a successful consultant. From setting your entrepreneurial mindset to legal structure to developing your niche to funding your business to winning clients to making proposals to pricing and more, this is an incredibly comprehensive how-to-manual.

I especially liked the marketing sections, covering so many areas that I would never have considered, including generating your first few clients and leveraging that to build and grow a significant income. I thought the idea of identifying clients who use us more often was especially valuable, as were the steps and resources he provided for building an online presence, invoicing quickly to ensure proper payment, differentiating so we could offer a premium price, and more.

I definitely recommend this audiobook (and the print book) to anyone wanting to launch and grow your consulting business to ideal and consistent profitability.

Fabulous quotes combined with calming music and a great narrator. I love this book!

My wife laughed that I was listening to it, then she got hooked too. We even kept it playing in the background while we did other things.

Excellent choice of quotes, from Maya Angelou to Einstein to Warren Buffett and more, I found the experience of listening to this audiobook inspiring, entertaining, thought-provoking, and magical. The music he chose relaxes the mind as it engages us with the world's greatest quotes.

I highly recommend this audiobook. In fact, I bet, once you start playing it, you won't want to ever turn it off.

Provocative look at wealth creation thru "value"

A highly provocative look at “value” …and ultimately how we must understand the leveragability of our own value if we want to achieve wealth. The author explains how focusing on legitimate value in our lives is the secret to shifting our minds to be in synch with the minds of the super-wealthy.

He covers a wide array of topics. From an explanation of how thinking about our lives as “dollars-for-hours” gives us a disadvantage, to how government statistics like the GDP misses critical elements – something we must avoid for ourselves.

He includes “value” profiles of Tom Brady, Bill Gates, and Warren Buffett, and how each ultimately leveraged their most valuable skills and assets to achieve success… and how we should do the same if we desire wealth in our own lives.

I found it interesting how people like Tom Brady and Warren Buffett stayed focused on how to capitalize the assets they had access to. Brady using his fame to generate licensing deals. Buffett’s early acquisition of the Sanborn Map Company where he altered the focus they had on their maps alone, missing a more leverageable asset – the data accumulated from those maps.

Ultimately, the lessons provided in this book revolve around finding what you’re good at and that you are passionate about, and identifying ways to develop it to be the most leverageable.

This book is getting me to more thoroughly review my personal skills and assets to better consider how they can be more effectively leveraged.

Very interesting and inspiring.

Incredibly valuable on many levels

For starters, this book helped me overcome much of the guilt I’ve felt, sometimes getting frustrated at the inappropriate actions my son sometimes engages in. I loved the idea of “mindfulness,” especially about having me stay calm and not instantly react to my son’s inappropriate actions. The idea of saying, “Give me a second,” rather than responding immediately was valuable. And it works!

The idea that it’s easy to misunderstand what my son is going through, was helpful, and something I shared with my other kids.

It was interesting how certain foods, especially sugar, add to seemingly uncontrollable anxiety in my son. The idea of making sure I include protein-rich foods, even when I give him fruit, was interesting.

I loved the idea of “visual interaction.” … definitely something I would never have considered, especially dealing with helping my son be more accountable and keeping him on track to do things like keep his room clean.

Labeling emotions was a clever way to separate anger from sadness and overwhelm in my son.

Having the author engaging in chats with her friend Carrie helped make it easier to understand and relate to many of the issues and tips in the book.

I especially loved the idea of creating a “safe space,” at home, where my son realizes I am not going to respond negatively if he gets overwhelmed or angry, where his emotions would overtake him.

I definitely recommend this book to any parent with an ADHD child.
