At some points it was too much information (TMI) but Dr. Hyman brings it together nicely. I will try mostly everything as it's all doable for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book and best of all, Trevor Noah is the narrator. He’s funny and heartwarming in a very serious situation. Can’t wait for the movie.
