This is hands down one of the most consuming series I’ve read. The characters are as rich as the world building is epic. I’m bereft to have finished them all.

An incredible and evocative character journey charting how Blair the imperialist became Orwell the subversive.

Adrian McKinty’s Sean Duffy as read by Gerard Doyle is audible heaven. Great finish to a beloved series.

Propulsive page turner. Brilliantly written and performed. A great book to read after tearing through Candace Millard’s books.

I love a book that is as gripping as it enriching. I will never think of Teddy Roosevelt the same.

Although it’s a slower build than some of Cummings other books, it had me walking the dogs as frequently as possible, offering to drive whenever possible and ignoring family members. Very satisfying and complete.

You won't find a better reporter or storyteller than Patrick Radden Keefe. I was spellbound from the first page.
