Story
When an unexpected blizzard grounds all flights, Nia and Andrew’s holiday plans are put on ice, and they’re stuck spending Christmas Eve at the airport. Soon the pair of travelers decide to make the best of it and team up to spread holiday cheer to the other stranded passengers. After all, just because their flight is cancelled doesn’t mean Christmas is. Now they’re about to discover that with the right person, home for the holidays can be anywhere—and life’s crossroads are the perfect place to begin a new story.

I’m always a sucker for a love story. ESPECIALLY black love! Everything was written and narrated beautifully.

Story
Andrea, Samantha, and Josie have one thing in common: an ex they want to forget. Although they’ve tried to keep it together, there comes a time when you have to move on. But moving on only seems to make matters worse as they strive to make new lives for themselves. There is always something that keeps luring them back into the drama they’re desperately trying to escape. Will these women finally find the path to happiness, or will the side effects of their exes keep them stuck in an unhappy rut?

If you love love this is for you

Literally loved this entire book but most importantly I loved the fact that it ended in love. I’ve been finding that most books that I read or listen to especially with the characters being people of color normally end in heart break & brokenness. It was so refreshing that everybody had their happy ending even with all the drama & sadness. This book is for those who love a fairy tale happy ending.
