As a food and farming student and aspiring farmer who was feeling discouraged by the rapidly increasing housing market and land pricing, I was looking for inspiration and hope to continue my pursuit of owning my dream farm. This book did not disappoint.
Hilarie is bravely vulnerable in sharing her life journey (so far) with her husband, Jeff Morgan, that feeds the soul on so many unspoken levels.
I found myself crying and laughing throughout this engaging story and will absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone I know- aspiring farmer or not.
Thank you for sharing your family with us, Hilarie.

This book spoke to my soul. I quit my job 7 years ago to go to school and pursue my dreams. As the dreams have evolved, so has my self doubt. The High 5 Habit is exactly what I've been looking for and so much more. Mel does not disappoint and this book will truly change your life. Mel, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!!

Everything about this book is amazing. I've been looking for something to help me with self control that was based in science and this book definitely delivers. The narrator is easy to listen to and doesn't sound like a robot.

The honesty and vulnerability Rachel provides is so incredibly refreshing!! I was hesitant to buy this book because I am not a religious person and there are biblical references scattered throughout the text, but Rachel shares them as her own belief with the understanding that others may not share the same belief.
This book is both nspiring and motivating on so many levels. I highly recommend it!!!
