Megan is the real deal!

Her meditation class was one of the first group meditation sessions that I was ever a part of. The experience was magical and very easy to understand. I'm glad that she reiterates on those points in this book. Get a copy for yourself and for your friend that seems to constantly be going through drama in their life. This will help!
