I haven’t heard of Bride Ships so I am very interested how the story played out. I wasn’t a fan of the ending. It was abrupt. Likely because the author intends to pick up where story left off.

Story
What happened to Dr. Jonathan Brandon, a dashing RAF flight surgeon, who disappeared from London in 1945? Kidnapping? Murder? Or did Brandon merely vanish of his own free will, seeking another life? American teacher Anne Howard is stunned by a different explanation - that her British grandmother's long-lost fiance was unwillingly wrenched back through time to Elizabethan England. Anne knows time travel is nonsense - until she is handed a fresh-cut thornless rose, a bloom extinct for over 400 years.

Great Time Travel Story
Reviewed: 12-24-23
I enjoy time travel stories and this did not disappoint. I try to guess how the plots will play out and this author did well to stay ahead of my imaginations. So much so that I had difficulty falling asleep one night attempting to figure out how the characters might be delivered from a hopeless situation. I also like to create lists in my head of modern day items I might want to take back in time. I find myself considering personal modern day items wondering what previous century individuals might make of them.

I really appreciate the many ideas your series gave toward the activities of preparing for a tribulation. Despite the many writers that have written about the last days and tribulation, I feel there is always room for another series. Particularly one that uses advanced technology and prepping ideas in that context.

Story
Detective Stan Sheperd lies comatose in the hospital, a victim of arsenic poisoning. The Newpointe police have a suspect: Celia Shepherd, Stan's wife.
Celia is no stranger to such charges. When her first husband died of poisoning, a technicality scuttled the case against her, and Celia got off scot-free. Now it looks like the same old story - only this time, the motive appears plain. But attorney Jill Clark thinks the pieces of the puzzle fit together a bit too neatly.

I loved the story lines and character development. The narrator is Ok but makes my teeth grind when he does a Cajun accent. It’s awful!

My 1st Choice for falling asleep
Reviewed: 05-07-22
I have had this recording for a year, possibly more. The narrators voice puts me to sleep within minutes. I have even searched for other projects she has narrated.
The entire program is only 2-3 hours and I will generally wake up when it is done. I either go to my 8 hour recording of another hypnosis program or start this one again.
From the two recordings I use, I have learned that it will only work if your “guard dog” subconscious has permission to allow the input. Giving your “permission” to subconscious is key.
I’m a skeptic. I had to listen to both recordings fully conscious to hear any triggers or subliminal messages that may be implanted while you sleep. I didn’t want to hear a phone ringing in a cafeteria and as a result I find myself dropping my pants because of a subliminal message from a hypnosis recording! Lol
If you do happen to listen to Deep Sleep Hypnosis, fully conscious there are some crazy imagery. Such as taking a handful of a cloud and wiping your face! Despite the suggestion, I sleep deeply. Who knows maybe I will wipe myself with a cloud one day. Sounds like an idea for the entrepreneurs out there! Cloud baths! I hope you find your key to better sleep with this audio selection.

How else to explain the feelings these dreams provoke in him - not disgust, not horror, but excitement? As Bryan and his longtime partner, Lawrence 'Pookie' Chang, investigate the murders, they learn that things are even stranger than they at first seem.
