Story
Mahari’s life is happily filled with imaginary friends but feels a little sad when her mom gets lonely. However, she’s met a surprising new (not so imaginary) friend that she thinks will change her mom’s life for the better. In her mind, they’re a perfect match...but her mom may not think so. In this book, Kendall refers to her style of writing as "cotton candy horror" because of its cute and surprising delivery. Kendall has found a perfect way to bring happy goosebumps to younger audiences that love zombies.

Innocent and Suspenseful
Reviewed: 06-23-20
This is a great short book that will have you sitting on the edge.
I love the innocence of Mahari. However, her innocence, compassion and loneliness can possibly turn disastrous which is the suspense that has me looking forward to read the next book. I want to know what happened.

Story
God sees everything...but who’s watching him? The time period in which these events took place is not disclosed. Five very talented and ambitious scientists asked themselves an age-old question: Where do our souls go after we die? The question was posed, not in the esoteric sense, but in a geographical one. They committed themselves to find out the exact physical locations of “Heaven and Hell”. However, their research gave them more than they bargained for.

Exciting Book

I am not a huge fan of Science Fiction books and I decided to take a chance on this one. It was an excellent decision for me because I enjoyed listening and imagining all of the scenes throughout this book. I also appreciated the author's creativity and imagination to put this story into words. In addition to that, the narrator has a commanding voice that kept my attention throughout the story.
I am looking forward to the next volumes of The God Maps.
