The narration
Reviewed: 01-18-24
The story got better as it went but the narration changes felt distracting. I’ve read two series by the author and I think I had high expectations.

Wonderful Story…so so performance

I loved the story overall. The romantic in me wanted a different ending…yes…even though I knew how it would end from the other books. I thought the reader had the perfect arrogant voice to match Snow but his “singing” and voice change for some of the other characters was cringe worthy and I think the connection suffered for it. Will definitely have to read this one on my own.

I could stay in the world Kagawa created forever! The characters make you fall in love with each of them! Even though I want more of the adventure it was the perfect ending, I cried it was so beautiful.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.
