Five years ago Corin Cadence's brother entered the Serpent Spire - a colossal tower with ever-shifting rooms, traps, and monsters. Those who survive the spire's trials return home with an attunement: a mark granting the bearer magical powers. He's headed to the top floor, on a mission to meet the goddess.

Gay...no need for it at all
Reviewed: 02-08-23
The idea was okay but the gay ruined it. It had potential with the magic system and original layout but abruptly shifts into something you cant look past for no reason. No way to reasonably proceed. A shame....

Narrator and story progression at peak quality. Series is moving at great pace and has solid flow of events that keep you immersed in the tale. Balanced story and rpg elements slightly pushed in direction of story but not detracting from power development aspect. Gold. Pure gold. More like this

Story
It’s not easy making the career jump from office-supplies-store middle manager to heroic interdimensional adventurer. At least, Jason tries to be heroic, but it's hard to be good when all your powers are evil. He’ll face off against cannibals, cultists, wizards, monsters...and that’s just on the first day. He’s going to need courage, he’s going to need wit, and he’s going to need some magic powers of his own. But first, he’s going to need pants.

very exciting addition to the series
Reviewed: 01-27-22
Fun, moderately smooth progression of the main story, with great development of the cast as well as backstory on one of the more mysterious but much admired members of the cast. Some pacing of events feel slightly jarring but not enough to take away from the enjoyment of the journey. Overall great addition to the series and major improvement of risque scene handling. No complaints! Keep it up Im looking forward to the next trip on the Dragon Wagon.
