Story
Sixteen-year-old werewolf twins Kate and Logan Danvers are none too thrilled at being shipped off to a supernatural youth leadership conference in West Virginia. From the moment they arrive at the camp, the twins sense something is off, and they react in their usual manner - Logan reserving judgment and surveying the setup while Kate charges forward, determined to get answers. Kate and Logan quickly ascertain that most of the conference attendees have already formed hostile factions, leaving the twins and a few other misfits to band together.

Love Kelley Armstrong, but not this book :(
Reviewed: 02-06-20
The narrator was great, and Kelley Armstrong is one of my all time favorite authors. But I'm disappointed that I didn't like this book. I was looking forward to it. Planning to request a refund, couldn't finish it. Others may love it, and I hope they do, just wasn't for me.

Story
At fifteen I fell in love. His name was Jake Stephens and he took the abandoned, lonely girl I had been and made me whole. His love was a pure and unconditional love that made every day better than the last; a fairy tale of my very own. But this story isn't about Jake. It's about Abel Madden; the man I meet after the fairy tale goes to hell. A cocky, arrogant man who says what he wants, does as he pleases, and makes no excuses for it. He irritates me--downright pisses me off at times--but he also brings me back to life.

Half hour in and the narrator is annoying me.
Reviewed: 05-30-18
Let me start by saying I love L.A. Fiore, and this story is starting off great! I even like Tracy Marks voice, but that fact she uses a "Christopher Walken" approach is annoying as all get out. She doesn't do when she's reading other characters but when reading as the main character....I'm over it already. I'm so distracted by this that I can't enjoy the story.
I'm hoping the male narrator starts soon or not sure I'll be keeping this book.

Not my cup of tea
Reviewed: 05-26-18
This was my first book by this author, I guess I didn't realize this was a book about teenagers.
Stopped listening after an hour, just not my cup of tea. The narrators sounded good though.

I think it's a good story? But doubt I'll finish or keep, the narration is horrible.

Wasn't worth a credit
Reviewed: 10-01-17
They never say where they are, it's not America, WHICH IS FINE, but just say that. Have someone with proper accent read the book so that it would make more sense. The narrator is great but you can tell by the words used it's off. In several places I had a hard time telling which character was talking...it wasn't written so it would be easy to tell.

Story
Shade is everything Lily doesn't want in a man. He's rude, obnoxious, and definitely not a cowboy. The tattooed enforcer for The Last Riders is a mystery Lily doesn't want to solve. He's too much for her to handle, especially with the nightmares from her past constantly threatening her sanity. Lily is everything Shade wants in a woman. She's sweet, kind, and submissive. When she discovers the truth about The Last Riders, it threatens to tear apart every relationship within the club.

Good book but dragged out
Reviewed: 11-26-14
Would you try another book from Jamie Begley and/or Elizabeth Hart?
I like Jamie Begley, but this book dragged on and on.
What didn’t you like about Elizabeth Hart’s performance?
I like her voice, and the voices she does. I think she should of practiced more? Some parts were choppy like the characters were slow or off.
