I disked the story. It was implausible. There were too many loose threads that were mentioned but were not buttoned-up before the end of the book.

I liked the characters. The subject matter could be construed as a little dark, but I enjoyed the story. It was different, and not difficult to listen. I am also reading a very intense book, and I just wanted something a lighter to ease me along. This book fit the bill. The intense book is nearly 40 hours long, so I’m going to look for more books from this author to get me through the rest of the other (intense) book. Thank you Lucy Score, Lila Winters, and Sebastian York for a lovely time.

The story was a grind-didn’t think I could finish it. I think it was written by sophomore in Highschool. The accents were the worst-grated and stupid. I think they must have picked these readers from a lottery pool. I want it off my device. I am going to flush the memory from my brain. I have never given a poor review. I love my audible app-but you at least have to try, and act like the end result is important.

I liked the story because it was different. I enjoyed the extra sensory twist. It was interesting , but not scary. I liked that the story did not depend,on explicit intimacy-just let the reader/listener imagine. Id like to hear more from Lucy.

I liked the story. It was different, and, refreshing. The author filled, out the main characters. The narration was lovely. I would like to read a sequel about some of the supporting characters. I will definitely look for these narraters in other books.

I like all of the characters; they were well dev. I likes the different location and the disparate cultures, and and how they all fit together.

I liked the back story of the main cha’s family in the United Staes. I truly enjoyed the excellent narration and the corresponding accents. The book was not too long or to short.

I loved the spot on accents! The story was interesting and moved at a pace that allowed the characters time to develop. This was my first Mahairi McFarlane and it started me on the path to read/listen to every single one of her audibles available on Amazon. I highly recommend this book to someone who wants as interesting read, rom-com, but without unnecessary pornographic references. I’m no prude, but I don’t have to read/know everything that goes on in the character’s bedrooms. I will be standing in line (waiting in the queue) for her Mahairi’s next book.

This was a quick story with a happy ending. I would recommend it to listeners who just want to relax and let the words wash over their senses. Katie Schorr is a wonderful narrator, and I recommend her to Audible listeners.

Allison Weir’s writing is genius! The information is is presented in an intriguing articulate manner. The great Davina Porter’s narration is the icing on the cake. I would pay to hear her read the phone book.
