This is a good read but the ending was somewhat too hurried and flat. There was so much anticipation throughout the books that the ending fails to match.

I have listened to this book in one sitting. I couldn’t seem to get enough of this knowledge. The author is very clear, precise and engaging with the way he presented his research. Kabbalah for Beginners is just that, a beginners guide and introduction session complete with meditations for each step for the beginner to practice. I plan on listening to this book several more times.

This is probable not a good read for someone looking for an engaging and original story/novel. Added to that, the female narrator was just not a good fit, not even when the audio speed is increased.

This story seems to capture the very essence of the lifestyle of youth gangs today. Razolyn stayed within the character of her age. Tamar seemed to be way beyond his age, which seemed odd in the absence of training in the lifestyle. That piece is necessary for real character development. This is a well written captivating story. Where to find the remainder of the series?

This is a beautiful outline of love in action and the reality of life. The timeline is still off in this part 2 of the story. I get that it’s a Christian base story, but I could not stop cringing at episodes where “psychic gifts”were alluded to as Christian gifts. There are other far fetched scenes that you will discover as you read for yourself. Yes I recommend that you read it because it’s a continuation of a beautiful love story.

I want this author to write more similar stories to this one. The story is not always flowing smoothly and the timeline is a bit off but the storylines are realistic. It’s worth the read.

Has a hook? Yes. Anything happening? NO! Even if the end was the beginning it was still heavily lacking a strong plot. Skip this one. It is time wasting. Read something else.

Chief Yuya is a man unlike men and this podcast is reflexive of that. I appreciate him sharing what man is and is not. For the individual now re-membering African spirituality this series of podcast is a treasure trove of transformative lessons. If knowledge is not transforming is it still knowledge? Very much a great investment of time. Give thanks , Chief.

Since when child rape and molestation is a given? My rating reflects my stance on the subject. I’m guessing that child protective services around the world need to start giving incentives to romance writers/authors as the condom companies do. Just saying that condom use is widely promoted while child abuse and molestation is condoned in this genre. What’s wrong with in-bred morals these days? Get a grip Jules Barnard. That female character should never have gotten away with just a threat from the now grown victim. You make it sound as though half of the blame was his when he was only 15 years old and very inexperienced when the molestations began.

Readers with a history of sexual assault or molestation this book can potentially sour your day. Pass this one. This author has other books in this series that you can enjoy.

The one thing about this novel that’s original is the narration . Everything else is taken from the “mill” wholesale, I’ve even read the identical storyline and plot from a different author. There’s a term for this and a penalty attach to it once found guilty. Guess this line of work adhere to a different set of laws and rules when it comes to mass producing.

On the other hand authors who hold very little regard for their readership fail to consider their own integrity since they often opine that only dumb , lazy people read their novels so they will never be called out for their sloppy and effortless attempts at writing.

While I understand that authors become burn out too, there’s no excuse for underestimating readership. Here’s a tip to help keep you focus J.S. Scott, ask yourself who are your readers and what can be had from reading your novels. Having this focus as you write could prevent you from selling yourself short while being respectful of your audience’s background. I have read an entire series of your work before and cannot recall any as lacking as this novel. Fortunately, I accessed this copy through my audible subscription otherwise I’d be requesting my money back immediately. Readers beware of this novel.
