Good intro to Buddhism and Meditations.

With the New Year come new habits. One of the bad habits that I am trying to break is procrastination. I am the classic “start a project and not see it to completion” kind of person. I want to change the way I handle projects and tasks in my everyday life.
When I saw this title, I got excited. I thought this book might provide me some solutions on how to drag myself out of the muck and mire and actually finish some important projects in 2014. And it did. So helpful. Thanks David.

This audiobook is very well organized - things that I wouldn't have even considered have been included in the guide and every bit of advice and guidance is relevant to what I am trying to achieve. I have just stepped into a role in marketing for my company and was looking for a something to use as a guide while I start finding my way through social media. I have grown up with social media as a resource staple but still wasn't quite familiar in how to adjust my experience to match what I am expecting for my company's profile.

I think this is a great audiobook

I think this is a great audiobook to start the ketogenic diet. It has a lot of useful information and a lot of delicious recipes. I started the ketogenic diet about 2 weeks ago using the recipes and I have lost 7 lbs. I feel better and have more energy than I did before I started this way of eating. The berry green smoothie is one of my favorite drinks to start my day. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in the ketogenic live style.

I have used this CD for 10 days now and I have had wonderful sleep for each one of them.
I listened to it for three nights straight.
I didn't need it the fourth night.
One night I did wake up and I used it to go back to sleep.
I wish I had tried hypnosis sooner.
