Sin With Me is book 5 in the Sugarland Creek series. It reads fine as a standalone but definitely better to be read after book 4 as it intertwines a lot as they are twin brothers. Seriously, Brooke,I don't know how you do it, but each book just keeps getting even more amazing. I am entirely obsessed with this series, the whole resort ranch, and the characters. I didn't think Wilder would make me fall for him, but my oh my he touched my heart so deeply. The mental health rep in this one from the point of view of a man, wow, it was beautifully approached and beautifully represented. There are some definite triggers so check those out prior.

Wilder is just a beautiful person with so much pain inside, he just wants to find his light. Delilah brings back his light and saves him from himself. He wants to be better not just for her, for himself and his family. The way their relationship started, to the way it evolved it had me in a chokehold. The character growth in this book is stellar. They were just such a beautiful match, their connection was strong, their chemistry was hot and their banter was so much fun. I just fell really hard for both of them and I think they've become one of my favorite couples in this series.

This series has been a smash hit from the start, truly all of these books are solid 5 stars. I am really sad that the Sugarland Creek ranch is over but I am glad to continue the adventure with the rest of their extended family. A wonderful series filled with love, laughter, suspense, passion, spice and amazing characters ! Don't miss out 😍

🎧 The narration by Teddy Hamilton & Avery Caris was perfection. IFYKYK I love my man Teddy. He just always brings it and I think he is the reason I fall in love with all these men 😂 Jokes aside, he played Wilder so well, showing off all his playboy side as well as his super soft side. His cocky moments as well as his vulnerable ones. I really enjoyed Avery's voice and how she voiced Delilah, she had a sweet voice and it truly fit her amazingly. I recommend all the audio’s for this series !

Book 1 (4*) - Give Me A Reason is book one in the Redemption Hills series. It was an absolutely addictive and all consuming read that held all my attention. We get to meet a whole new cast of characters that are all so intriguing. Amy's writing is beautiful, flawless and always filled with emotion. It was so easy to get lost in this story, the setting, the background, I truly didn't want it to end.

Trent & Eden are an absolute spark waiting to ignite. Their chemistry, the pull they have to each other, the tension, it was all absolutely scorching. The way they interacted with each other, cared, were there for one another, I fell in love with them so hard. Throw in Gage, the cutest little boy and I was a goner. The last 20% of the book had me on the edge of my seat, with Amy's signature twits and suspense.

It's a blend of everything you could want: secrets, angst, heartbreak, swoony moments, suspense, betrayal, love and some hot spice. Amy knows how to deliver unforgettable stories and I can't wait to continue reading about these brothers.

🎧 The narration by Connor Crais & Desiree Ketchum was amazing. I loved them together, they complimented one another really well. They truly dug into their emotions and I could feel it in their voices. They delivered a fantastic performance.

Book 2 (4*) - Say It's Forever is the second book in the Redemption Hills series. Although it can read fine as a standalone I highly recommend reading in order to get a true feel of the brothers and the dynamics. Amy truly built an in depth story. She does an amazing job at building these characters, showcasing their troubled pasts and the secrets behind it all. Jackson's writing style is highly different from anyone else I've read. It is beautiful, poetic, emotional, gripping and it just consumes you.

I loved the depth of the storyline, where she took the story, the twists and turns. I do think the characters' relationship was a little too insta love for me, it just went a little fast (personal preference). I wanted more of their interactions in getting to know each other and seeing more of the love building. I could still feel their chemistry, the tension and the pull they had to one another. I did truly love them as characters together and apart. Both 2 strongly damaged souls. The kids absolutely stole the show, they were to die for !

This was a great read, the suspense was high, and kept me on my toes for the entirety of it. The romance was nice to follow even if a little fast for my liking and the spice was hot! Truly this series will stick with me for a long time. Logan here I come !

🎧 The narration by Andi Arndt & Joe Arden (i am aware of the problematic situation with this narrator, but this audio was recorded prior) was great. They're a fantastic duo and truly brought the characters to life. They played the kiddos really well also. They had the perfect tones and their voices were easy to listen to.

Book 3 (5*) - Never Look Back is the third book in the Redemption Hills series. It can read fine as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading them in order for a true feel of the entire dynamics of this family. Amy… this one was absolutely amazing. I was completely enthralled and invested from start to finish. The unfolding of the story was paced perfectly, the twists, the turns, the romance, the spice, absolutely stellar read, truly it had it all.

Logan & Aster are just so addictive. Both their personalities gripped me, they meshed so well together. The past chapters where we get to see their relationship before we're absolutely brilliant. I believed their love, they needed each other and to be together. The nicknames they have for one another 🥹 The plot.. I don't even know what to say.. wow! The suspense was high. Amy took this story in so many directions, it was so well developed, woven and constructed. It was my absolute favorite of the series so far.

Jackson is a true artist with her words, she crafts stories that are unforgettable. Her writing just captures you with her poetic and beautiful prose. In this one though she just knocked it out of the park even more! Just wow!

🎧 The narration by Erin Mallon & Zachary Webber (I am aware of the problematic situations with this narrator, but this was recorded prior) was fantastic. They were absolutely unreal. I just adored them both in their characters. They played them to perfection, I could feel the emotions through their words. They brought the story to life!

Book 4 (4*) - Promise Me Always is the fourth and last book in the Redemption Hills series. Although it could read entirely fine as a standalone I highly recommend reading the entire series in order. It just truly gives you a whole feel of the family and the dynamics. Jackson took this story to a whole other level with her writing skills, it was even more poetic and descriptive. The amount of thought and skill that went behind the unfolding of this plot was stellar.

Tessa & Milo were a ticking time bomb. I absolutely loved their passion and spark. As much as they were fire together, they both held their own and were both individually broken but beautiful characters apart. The intricate way in which Jackson twists and turns the plot in order to make all these puzzle pieces fit together is outstanding! Truly she is a master of her art. Every single thing interconnected in a way that just ended the story in the perfect way.

Amy is an absolutely amazing author that deserves all the love and recognition. Her stories, writing and suspenseful storylines are unlike anything I have ever read. I am a forever fan and this one was no different!

🎧 The narration by Connor Crais & Samantha Brentmoor was absolutely stellar. They were both just perfect to play these characters. Their emotions, fears, and chemistry were felt in their voices. They absolutely smashed the audio performance and brought the story to life.

Falling For Finn is the first book in the Maplewood Falls series. I could not stop, from the first page I was completely consumed. It was absolutely fantastic. It had the perfect fall vibes. The perfect amount of love, lust, friendship, swoon, spice, cozy vibes. The overall feel of this book just enveloped me like a warm hug.

I love that Finn was so grumpy and Oakley was just such a little snarky fireball. They completed each other perfectly. The banter was amazing, the tension was palpable, the spice was hot as hell. Trust me when I say I had butterflies the first time they finally got together !!! The dynamic between these two is one of the best I've seen, it felt real, it never felt forced.

Absolutely fell in love with Finn & Oakley. I can't wait to read the second in this series. Such a great seasonal series to put you in all your cozy vibes. At this point, I believe Brooke can do no wrong, she just kills it every time !

🎧 The narration by Andi Arndt & Aiden Snow was out of this world. Hot damn these two absolutely killed it. The passion, the spice, the tension, wow it was felt in their performance. The emotions, the laughter are absolutely perfect. Aiden dirty talk though yowza.. I had goosebumps 😳 Definitely enhanced the book, highly recommend.

The Darkness That Binds Us is the second book in the Darkness series and I highly recommend reading them in order. The sequel was as chilling, creepy, eerie and heart pounding as book one. The little town of Cherry Hollow is a pleasure to revisit. The scenery is so vivid, I can see the events happening. Jessica's writing truly grabs you and grips you into her stories. She truly has a masterful skill at storytelling. The way she seamlessly made the 2 books come together, that were not even planned as a series truly blows my mind. It was flawless !

I am usually not a fan of the horror aspect, but the way the author has woven it into the book is flawless. The mental health aspect was once more so well done, done with grace, research and it was spot on. I am truly so invested in this story, these characters and this creepy town. Everything just feels so real, the emotions felt are so relatable.

The ending truly caught me off guard and I was not expecting that at all!! I can't wait to see where Huntley takes it in the chilling finale.

🎧 The narration by Candace Fitzgerald was once more amazing. She truly does this book justice in her narration. Giving us all the chills, the emotions, the fear and the constant building of suspense. She is amazing at voicing all the characters. Highly recommend it!

The Darkness Within Ourselves is a gripping, addictive psychological thriller that hooked me straight from the start. This book was much deeper than I expected, but wow it was so well done ! Jessica has a way with words that is just so beautiful even in the darkest themes. As much as this is thrilling it was also emotional and just gut wrenching.

The darkness was so creepy, chilling and eerie. There was always a sense of lurking. I loved how it took on multiple forms for each character, I truly thought that was a super original and creative aspect ! The mental health aspect was amazingly well done, Jessica just hit the spot with this book. It was nicely paced, the suspense constantly building, the intrigue never letting up which just made for a great read.

The ending wraps up nicely with a somewhat of a cliffhanger. I'm highly looking forward to the sequel, I'm jumping in right away. I think this book is highly underrated and deserves more hype !

🎧 The narration by Candace Fitzgerald was so good. She had the perfect tone, she set the chills and eeriness to the scenes. The emotions were felt in her voice. I loved how creepy her voice was when she was portraying the darkness. Great listen!

What We Keep is one of the most emotional, beautiful, real, raw, books I have read recently. Right from the start the writing absolutely gripped me, the characters completely consumed me and the story was entirely addictive. This book is a total ride, but it is absolutely worth every single second. It is woven in the most beautiful and delicate way to truly make you feel and connect with these characters. It was FANTASTIC! I haven't read anything like this yet and it was refreshing to see the imperfections of a marriage, the hardships for the HEA.

Avery and Gabriel are explosive together. Their chemistry, their connection, their love, how they met, everything about their story completely consumed me. The first part of the book when we get Avery's POV of their story with the therapy sessions, I thought that was so original how it was constructed and that's truly what hooked me.

There are a lot of heavy topics in this book, so make sure to check triggers for you prior to reading, but honestly Jennifer absolutely killed it with her execution. The way the subjects were approached, discussed and resolved. Absolute PERFECTION. I went through all the emotions with this book, I absolutely fell in love with these characters, their story and I just fell in love with Jennifer Millikin!

🎧 The narration by Victoria Dickson & Wesley Mercer was chefs kiss. Absolutely beautiful. The pain, the emotions, it was all felt through their words. The way they delivered the story, they had the perfect voices and tones. They played the characters to absolute perfection. Highly recommend it!

Fall With Me is the third book in the Sugarland Creek series, it reads completely fine as a standalone. It is a captivating, engrossing and addictive romance that you won't want to put down. Straight from the prologue I was absolutely consumed and almost sobbing. The writing was perfect, it just flowed magically at the perfect pace. This book was equal parts beautiful, sweet, spicy, hopeful, swoonworthy, adorable, it seriously had everything to make me fall in love with it.

Landen is the sweetest and most patient man. He's absolutely obsessed with Ellie and would do ANYTHING for her… when he reads to Ranger 🥹😭 (IFYKYK) my heart absolutely melted for him right there. I do admit I was frustrated a little at Ellie at how much she despised him until I knew why, but it made for some great back and forth banter between the 2. Once they got together after her memory loss and she opened up, I couldn't get enough their chemistry was amazing. I think Brooke wrote the smut scenes to perfection, nothing overbearing or forced.

This was my first book by this author and I can promise it won't be my last, I am going back to binge the rest of this series. Also, I had no idea her books had mystery/suspense in them, I absolutely loved it !!! I'm now obsessed with Brooke 💜

🎧 The narration by Aaron Shedlock & Stella Hunter was AMAZING. I wasn't surprised by Aaron he always hits the spot just right and knows how to bring that se*ual tension. I loved Stella's twang in her voice. It truly made her character come to life and shine. Great production.

I Thought I Knew is a poignant, gripping story about overcoming trauma and abuse in more ways than one. It does start off with a heartbreaking scene, it really got to me. It can definitely be triggering so make sure to check trigger warnings. As I kept reading though the message of this book became very clear and the author did a phenomenal job of conveying it. This is not a whodunit, we sort of know who the attacker is, but it's the whole point of raising awareness that usually it is someone close.

Nicole the FMC is such a strong, resilient woman. She just wants to take back control of her life after the attack, but one can imagine how hard that is. The author did a fabulous job at conveying the emotions and feelings that a person goes through after suffering such a traumatic event (will not go into details but I can relate is all I will say). I felt so seen, heard and understood while reading this book. The female empowerment was amazing and the character growth beautiful to see.

The writing was descriptive, captivating it held my attention throughout the whole story. The pacing was great, I loved that there were many side characters that we got to see their POV's as well, it added to the storyline. I loved this book even if the subject matter is a hard one ! It's worth the read !

🎧 The narration by Catherine Hein Carter was really good. She held my attention all throughout. Her tone was great, her emotions were felt in her voice and she conveyed the message perfectly !

@averymaxwell absolutely killed it with Loki & Sloane, ugh this was complete PERFECTION. The romance, the suspense, the found family, everything was exquisite. I legit inhaled this book from beginning to end I was on the edge of my seat. This series it's truly an addiction that I don't want to end.

Sloan is a freaking badass that takes no shit one of my favorite FMC's and Loki is just this big brute but he's actually the sweetest person ever. Them together just took it to a whole other level.

Her writing and stories from book to book is amazing, it just gets better and better. She's a master storyteller, her stories are just so captivating and engrossing. The way she makes you fall in love with the whole cast of characters is amazing.

The Broken Hearts series is finished and I'm so sad, but we get to see the other brothers in the Westbrooks Family Ties and I'm sooooo excited to continue with this beautiful family.

Sophie Daniels & Tim Paige were just perfect for both of these characters. They truly brought this story to life, added the right emotions through it is. It was just perfect.

OMG ! This is by far the best one I've read from The Westbrooks series, wow oh wow. This one tugged at my heartstrings, it completely gutted me, destroyed me and then put me back together. My poor heart Avery but ouff was it BEAUTIFUL. I honestly think with each book the author improves her writing so much. I felt so many emotions in this one, I cried.. I don't cry !

The beauty of Emory & Preston they were total and absolute PERFECTION. They were so perfect together. Preston's shitty pick up lines were actually adorable. Their little insides together from “never have I ever”, I seriously swooned hard-core. The rawness and vulnerability of both of them had my heart beating so loudly.

The found family is to die for. They are so welcoming, sweet, adoring, loving, caring, it's AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL to see how blood has nothing to do with family, you choose your family and this family will always be there for you. I am completely IN LOVE with all the side characters and revisiting the ones from previous books, I love that so much.

Beautiful, perfect, amazing, stunning, this book was literally EVERYTHING ! She knocked it out of the park with this one and I cannot wait to read Loki's story.

Once more the narrators Sophie Daniels and Tim Paige were amazing. The amount of emotion they put into this one has me breaking down in legit tears.. what the heck !! They deserve all the praise !!!!
