Finn and Oakley are so sweet together. the way they tease each other is so fun. this is the perfect fall romance with just the right amount of spice.

Perfect autumn vibes!!

The setting of this book is perfect for the beginning of the season. This is one of the best grumpy/sunshine books I've read/listened to. Finn is the ultimate broody MMC. Oakley is sweet to her core. Putting these two together in a forced proximity situation lit a spark and it flamed bright! The story itself was a fun one. We get a bit of ex-drama, fun family banter all in the perfect small town setting.

The audio performances were phenomenal. These two narrators are top tier and are instant listens for me. The ease at which they can provide dialect for multiple characters, and we have no problem differentiating between them, is what makes a great audiobook performance. I can't wait to continue this series on audio.

Oh Grumpy Finn and Sunshine Oakley

Who doesn’t love a good grumpy/sunshine story?

These two had my smiling nonstop. Finn is so grumpy and guarded after a failed relationship. Oakley is all sunshine and free-spirited.

When Oakley and Finn fake date while she is at his family’s farm the sparks fly and we watch their story unfold.

This story was PURE PERFECTION!!!

The Fall of Us, an Audiobook by Kennedy Fox is the captivating story of Finn and Oakley. She’s hired to do a job for his family….and things get very complicated very quickly!! The past rears its ugly head, the mind makes one think the worst, and then they all collide!!! Heart-warming, romantic, steamy story that will keep you riveted!!!

This Audiobook was superbly narrated by Andi Arndt and Aiden Snow, who managed to capture the awe of Oakley and the stoicism of Finn perfectly!!! Loved their on-point interpretations of the actions and emotions of all of the characters!!! Made an incredible story even better!!!

This is the perfect book to get you in the fall spirit and fall in love with Oakley and Finn. I haven’t read a ton of grumpy/sunshine books but this one made me want to read more!

I love how each of these stories sets up the next in the series. I can’t wait to get my hands on The Joy of Us! I fell in love with the hero just in a few glimpses in this book and I can’t wait to see him get his happily ever after.

Oakley and Finn!

I actually listened to the audio for this, and Aiden Snow and Andi Arndt were perfect bringing such different but endearing characters to life. This is an age gap, fake dating, oppositions attract romance, and artist Oakley and small town Finn found common ground even though they’re so different. This series is great in that it presents the characters in some forced situations that allow them to get to know each other. Oakley is a bright personality, and Finn is more a brooding man who’s still reeling from his last relationship. Their fake dating is to help Finn, though it turns out to be much more than what they expected. This was a great listen!

Fantastic fall romance

I really enjoyed this fall romance, with a touch of grumpy/sunshine, age-gap, forced proximity, and a side of fake relationship, it hit most of my favorite tropes in one! The narration was very well done and I really felt immersed in the story.

Cozy, Fallish Romance with Great Banter!

This one was so much fun!! I ate up like granny’s homemade pumpkin loaf topped with cinnamon butter.

This was a fallish themed enemies to lovers, age gap, small town romance which had me giggling! The story is told in dual pov and follows the FMC, Oakley and the MMC, Finn. These two were fun from the start. The included tropes added several entertaining and enjoyable moments. Finn and Oakley are complete opposites in every way. She is an artist and he country boy. We all know by now what they say about opposites. These two had great chemistry and it was irresistible.

The dual narration by Andi Arndt and Aiden Snow was a perfect paring to bring Oakley and Finn to life. The banter in this was chef’s kiss and was really fun to listen via audio. I just luv a good grump who can’t resist the sunshine.

This was the perfect cozy read for a beautiful fall day. I devoured this in one sitting. I also can’t wait for book 2. That epilogue set up has me primed and ready!

Angsty, Intense, & Great Villain!

Falling for Finn is so much fun! Oakley is a feisty and brilliant female with insanely great talents and an awesome sunshiny personality. Finn is bold and grumpy AF, and as we get to know his history it’s easy to understand why. I love their banter and the chemistry between them is off the charts. It’s amazing how they read each other so easily except when it comes to emotions—which makes for some crazy angst. The narrators do a dynamic job of bringing this world to audio life. Their performances are filled with emotion, passion, and fire. Loved this one, and the epilogues and bonus are great teasers!

This audiobook was so good. The narrators did such an amazing job with the characters. Andi Arndt & Aiden Snow really made the story come to life.

I fell in love with the FMC Oakley instantly! Finn is a hard core grump but Oakley really turns him around. Oakley is in town as a painter for Finn family and his grandparents is making him run her around town so she can take it all in for her painting. One day while out Finn runs into his ex girlfriend and ends up telling her that Oakley is his girlfriend so they end up fake dating while Oakley is in town even if they are at each others throats constantly, but when his ex needs the cottage to stay in Oakley ends up staying with him and along the way they fall for each other.

This is perfect book for fall small town vibes!
