This was a well thought out book that seems really doable. I am working the exercises and will work to remember to update my review once I worked the 12 week year. I would recommend reading this book it makes realistic promises. I can visualize myself doing great things using this system.

It really anchored in his talking points for me. The only thing I am challenged by is paper vs iPad for writing and talking notes.

That this book was written so long ago, and remains relevant today is amazing. The voice of the reader is soothing and I will be listening again to absorb more meaning from the work. I highly recommend this book and app

I never knew that steps 6&7 covered so much and I will never be the same after reading this book. God is good, the steps are great, and the 12 step program works if you work it.

I started to return the book but I should have known an 18-minute book couldn't have enough information to help anyone ”master” the art of photography. This is a fantasy! If you do get it you'll be entertained by the enthusiasm of the reader's voice, she sounds like she enjoys the material. The only way you will master anything is by knowing your camera, and practice, practice, and more practice. Lol
