Transported two thousand years into the past, readers are introduced to Antipas, a Roman civic leader who has encountered the writings of the biblical author Luke. Luke's writings spark Antipas's interest, and a correspondence transpires between them. As the two delve deeply into each other's lives, Antipas begins to see things in fresh ways, causing him to rethink the values upon which his life had been founded.

A one-page summary (like a postcard) is provided for each of Paul’s 13 letters. These snapshots of Paul's letters help the reader to quickly have a grasp the gist of the information Jesus Christ provided to the body of Christ through Paul. About half of the book is reading while that other half has useful tools such as three copy-ready tracts, timelines, a map, illustrations, pictures, and key Bible verses. His second account, the Book of Acts, tells what Jesus continued to do and teach through the ministry of the Holy Spirit in his new, mystical body, the Church.
