Star Guardians

Hudson Powell and Tory Bellona are the galaxy’s top Star Scavengers. Travelling to distant planets, they hunt for valuable artefacts inside the wrecks of giant alien starships that mysteriously lie crashed and broken on every portal world.

After the cataclysmic events on Manticore Four, Star Scavengers Hudson and Tory return to Earth to plan their next move. The alien superbeing known as Goliath has returned, and the only way to stop its murderous rampage is to find the crystals of power before it does.

Despite their best efforts to subdue Goliath, the superpowered alien AI continues to grow stronger and more lethal. Billions already lie dead across the galaxy as the entity works its way toward Earth, and the Star Scavengers are losing faith. All of their hopes now lie in finding another artificial entity–one that fought and defeated Goliath long before humanity was born.

With both Morphus and Goliath travelling the galaxy, each looking for a way to defeat the other, the star scavengers, Hudson Powell and Tory Bellona, find themselves alone and fighting for their lives. Still licking their wounds after the events on Caccini Two, they are left with no time to recover before the Council arrive to repay Hudson and Tory for the trouble they’ve caused. On the run, with bounties on their heads both from the crime consortium and the Children of Goliath, led by Hudson’s long-time adversary, Logan Griff, they are forced to hide out inside the Revocaters.

With Morphus still absent on her mysterious expedition, a surprise request from an old ally sets the star scavengers on a path to developing a new weapon against Goliath. And it sees them doing what they do best–hunting for crystals of power inside alien wrecks.

Hudson Powell and Tory Bellona scour the galaxy for priceless alien artefacts found inside wrecked starships called Revocaters. Once the guardians of life in the universe, the Revocaters were destroyed by a super-powered AI, known as Goliath. Thwarted before it could finish its task, Goliath has now returned to fulfil its purpose, and wipe out all sentient life in the universe.
