great story extension

another great story and performance, when will volume 2 be out?
also when are these books going to be made into a movie?

Narrator is brilliant

Same brilliant story continued.. the narrator really does the different characters justice. I'll listen too all His books

Excellent storytelling

Even though I read these out of order from the Terra Nova series and knew how the second would end it was still a great story.

Well let's see...

It took awhile to get interested in the story, but once I did, it kept my attention for several hours. My only real problem is that some of the main characters voices are way, way overdone. An accent doesn't need to make him sound like he mentally retarded. The C. O. doesn't need to have a voice to rival Macho Man Randy Savage while having what amounts to a hissy fit over his origins. Hopefully those issues will be better in the next book.

It was ok, but not as enjoyable or interesting as most

I found it was a bit hard to follow and the storylines did not keep my attention as most books do.

Great listen

Fun story telling, great characters, and great narration, as I've come to expect from a Emberverse book and Luke Daniels, Ben Stevens stepped right up and did a great job. I look forward to more!

Excellent story and continuation of the journey.

If you loved the last books you will be a little surprised with who is back. Here's Standish, he's still a goof but can be counted on when the @#$t hits the fan. This story is quite unique in that its a trial and a story that shows us that the pathfinders are just as brave as the Marines and not as well equipped.

Awesome book

Another book knocked out of the park by Richard Fox and his partner writer, but it wouldn't have as good if Luke Daniels wasn't reading it. I can't wait for the next one.
