    There's not many things I'll ever try to 'make' people do but this is definitely the one. For any age, this is the game changer when it comes to quality of life as we age. Yes it is also a big building block when it comes to changes in physique in terms of aesthetic goals but more importantly, it's going to help keep us feeling good, moving well and being able to get off the chair when we are older.... and luckily for us it comes in many forms so we can find something that we like and that works for us.

    We just wrapped up the Jan Flex Big 3 and as ever it was a real joy to read how much everyone got out of it. My favourite comment was that it was easier to eat healthy when it was uncomplicated... and that is going to be my tagline from now on. In this episode I dissect a little bit what that means and how we can use our own self-awareness to move forward with our nutrition & fitness journey. Whilst commercial diets and plans etc have their place for some people at some points in their life, for more folk, the flexibility of having our own information and making our own choices help us to live a consistently healthier life that we can balance around our own lifestyles and preferences.
