The competition, which first started in 2000 and has grown in size and stature since then, will contain 32 teams from across six football federations in the United States for the first time. • Premier League 24/25 End Of Season Recap + 25/26 Futures Preview | The EPL Show (EP. 444)
    Jun 11 2025

Billi (@SGPSoccer) recaps the 24/25 Season and takes an early look at the 2025/26 Futures market. Liverpool were the runaway league winners and are the narrow favourites to retain their crown at around +200, ahead of Arsenal, who have finished as runners up for the third successive season.

Manchester City are the biggest movers, after a trophy-less campaign. The side who went into 2024/25 as heavy favourites to lift the league again - off the back of winning a history making 4 consecutive league titles - fell well short of 5 in-a-row, and were fortunate to qualify for the Champions League. With Pep Guardiola now looking to oversee what looks like a full rebuild— City are available at their preseason biggest price in over 15 years.

  • UEFA UCL Final: PSG V Inter Milan | The Champions League Show (Ep. 96)
    May 31 2025

Billi breaks down tonight’s UEFA UCL Final, as PSG and Inter Milan face off in Munich. PSG are a far cry from the underperforming, big-money superstars of years gone by. This youthful PSG side have already seen off the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal this season, and they are the rightful favourites to go the distance against an Inter Milan side that have ridden their luck in this competition.

The Italians beat Barcelona in a 7-6 aggregate thriller in the semi-finals, but they lost the shot count 41-19 across the two leg— having nine shots on target to Barca’s 19 and generating 1.2 expected goals less than their opponents. The same was true in their quarter-final win over Bayern Munich, with the Italians losing on shots, shots on target, and expected goals in both legs. The fact that PSG, who wrapped up the Ligue 1 title weeks ago and have been able to keep their key figures fresh, could prove to be significant.
