  • #42 How to Build Confidence Using a Proven Neuroscience Practice
    Jul 7 2025

What if you acted like doubt didn’t get a say?

In this episode, I dive into one of the biggest misunderstandings about confidence: that it’s something you either have or you don’t.

    (Spoiler: it’s not true.)

I share why self-doubt is a completely normal part of being human—and why the key to confidence isn’t “getting rid of it,” but learning how to lead yourself through it.

You’ll learn about the ‘as if’ practice—a simple but powerful shift that helps you take action from a place of possibility, even when your inner critic is loud.

We’ll talk about emotional mastery, why your feelings aren’t facts, and how to stop letting doubt dictate your next step.

Because the truth is: confidence isn’t a trait. It’s a skill. One you can practice—starting today.

  • #41 From Ballerina to Bold Reinvention: Jennifer Quent on Growth, Grit, and Joy
    Jun 30 2025

In this rich and inspiring conversation, I talk with Jennifer Quent, former professional ballet dancer with the American Ballet Theater, about what it really takes to pursue excellence, leave behind something you love, and reinvent your path with courage.

Jennifer shares her journey from childhood ballet dreams to performing on world-class stages—and what happened when the dream began to feel too small for her evolving self. We explore how identity can expand, how the relentless pursuit of growth requires discomfort, and how reinvention is not about starting over, but uncovering more of who you really are.

  • #40 The Hidden Cause of Burnout—and the Courageous Path Back to Joy
    Jun 23 2025

What if burnout isn’t just about doing too much—but about feeling disconnected from who you really are?

In this episode, I reflect on a pivotal moment in my life—when I hit a wall of burnout that forced me to finally listen to the deeper truth I’d been ignoring. I share what the experience taught me about aliveness, joy, and the quiet cost of abandoning what lights you up.

We’ll talk about the signs of burnout no one talks about, why self-care is about way more than sleep or breaks, and how reconnecting to your Zone of Greatness can change everything.

If you’ve been feeling numb, drained, or just going through the motions—this one’s for you.
