**Note: Due to unforeseen technical difficulties, we were only able to preserve 39 minutes of what was originally a 65-minute episode. I deeply value the time and insights shared by the men in this conversation, and I wanted to honor their contributions by sharing what we could recover. While I wish I could present the full discussion, I hope you enjoy the first two-thirds of this engaging and meaningful dialogue.
Peace of Wellness has launched a new podcast to interview men from diverse backgrounds, aiming to explore their unique experiences, perspectives, and challenges. Through these interviews, Host Kirsten Larsen, MOT, OTR/L (IG @kirsten.linnea) wants to uncover the stories that have shaped their lives and delve into topics like identity, career journeys, relationships, and personal growth. The mission is to offer listeners a fresh and nuanced understanding of men's lives today, breaking down stereotypes, and fostering greater empathy across genders.
Aaron Winder (@winderlawfirm), originally from Las Vegas, is the owner of Winder Law Firm and a personal injury attorney based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Outside the office, Aaron enjoys all things UNLV sports, professional Vegas sports teams, UFC, politics, and being entertained, and he’s always up for a good conversation about marriage, fatherhood, and the realities of work-life balance.
Shea Harman (@sheaharman) is originally from Atlanta but has spent time bouncing between the Southeast, Northeast, Bay Area and now the Southwest. Employed in Sports Partnerships for MGM Resorts Intl., he manages partnerships working with Brands, Teams and Pro-Athletes across the United States. Outside the lines, Shea loves to hike & fish, and he assumes a volunteer leadership role within the Vegas Chamber.
