  • Constipation. Why is it a big determiner of health.
    Feb 25 2025

I decided to tackle this subject on constipation because it is the number one complaint gastrointestinal (GI) patients report. People get colonoscopies in order to prevent colon cancer which is becoming more prevalent each year. In this podcast, I detail how constipation is a better determiner of colon cancer and why this is the case. I cover ways of resolving constipation and healing yourself. Moreover, I interview a pelvic health therapist who is an expert in the field. She provides useful information on pelvic health for both men and women. Lastly, we finish the discussion with a practical little trick to help move things along, literally.

  • Episode #2 - Food Deserts, Food Insecurities
    Feb 9 2025

Before I tackle all the health problems that I want to address, I thought it would be important to address food deserts and food insecurity. Not everyone has as to healthy food and I want my audience to be all inclusive. I have some ideas on how we can help as a community. You may have more ideas.
