  • 62: 30 Years Married & Still in Love? I Had to Know How—With Relationship Experts Robin Temple & Michael Moore
    Apr 16 2025

I’ll be honest—I’ve been pretty cynical about marriage. As a single mom and divorced woman, I’ve seen how love can fade, how relationships can fall apart, and how hard it can be to make things work. But this conversation with Michael and Robin cracked my heart open in a way I didn’t expect. Watching them interact—the way they teased each other, the way they listened, the way they just were together—made me believe, maybe for the first time in a long time, that real, lasting love is possible.

They’ve been married for 30 years, coached over 1,500 couples, and trained hundreds of professionals, but their biggest credential? They are so in love. And they’re not afraid to be vulnerable about the messy, hard, and beautiful reality of marriage. From navigating sex to figuring out how to live together as (in their own words) “two stubborn, opinionated, and often incompatible people,” they share the raw truth about what makes love last.

Their adoration, gentleness, and genuine admiration for each other was palpable. It wasn't performative—it was real. And it gave me something I didn’t realize I was looking for: hope.

We dive deep into what makes love not just last, but thrive. From the myths that keep couples disconnected, to how asking clearly for what you want is actually the kindest thing you can do. They share powerful tools and mindset shifts that have helped over 1,500 couples and trained more than 100 professionals in the art of relational harmony.

    We talk about:

    • Why saying what you need isn’t rude—it's essential
    • The lie that “If you loved me, you’d just know”
    • Why love that’s skill-based is actually the most romantic
    • The 6 types of love, according to the Ancient Greeks
    • And how to turn conflict into cooperation

Whether you're single, married, or somewhere in between, this one will open your heart and your mind.

  • 58: Lala’s Journey from Fired to Fearless
    Mar 9 2025

What happens when standing up for what’s right costs you everything? In this episode, I sit down with my brilliant and resilient friend Lala, who shares the shocking story of how she was fired for reporting an inappropriate image—all in the name of DEI. The photo, meant to honor Bayard Rustin, who helped MLK and the million-man march, instead highlighted his sexual indiscretions more than his civil rights contributions. As one of only three women of color in her company, Lala found herself caught in a web where DEI initiatives were weaponized against her by men building a case to have HR remove her.

But Lala’s story is one of resilience. She is now working on what she loves most, advocacy and music, tune in now to find our the details of what happened after her termination. We dive into our past work together, from combating human trafficking to hosting documentary screenings, bake sales, banquets, art shows, jean drives for homeless teens, and Christmas fundraisers. After graduating and parting ways, we reconnected on Instagram—only to discover how much our journeys had evolved.

Beyond her firing, we explore deep themes of women’s empowerment, the pain body as discussed by Eckhart Tolle, and the transformative power of music and dance in helping women tap into their feminine energy and reclaim their strength. This conversation is raw, insightful, and ultimately a testament to how adversity can lead to purpose.

Tune in for an inspiring story of courage, connection, and the power of reclaiming your voice. 🎙✨

    Feb 27 2025

What if every step you took was part of something you were already manifesting?

In this episode of "Manifesting Movement: The Making of a Heels Team," I’m sharing how my vision for a powerful heels team of 20 fierce dancers—and sold-out classes—began long before the first rehearsal. Every connection, every challenge, and every unexpected win felt like the universe aligning with my intention.

I’ll dive into why joining Unity Dance and Movement wasn’t just luck—it was a sign that my dream was already in motion. Plus, I’ll share the story behind the success of the Stiletto Sirens Valentine’s project and how having 7 incredible women signed up for our Fourth of July project is proof that what I’ve been manifesting is finally taking shape.

If you’ve ever set a goal that felt bigger than you, but deep down knew the universe was working with you, this episode will remind you: every movement you make matters.

  • 56: Lessons from January: Being vs Doing
    Feb 20 2025

January was meant to be a fresh start, but instead, it became a lesson in resilience, stillness, and surrender. In this episode, I share how a month filled with sickness and injury forced me to confront my deep attachment to movement and productivity. When I couldn't work out at my usual 11 AM, chaos set in—not just in my schedule but in my emotions. I felt sadness, despair, and even hints of depression, realizing how much I rely on movement to feel fulfilled. Inspired by Eckhart Tolle's wisdom on being vs. doing, I question whether I am worthy without constant action and whether I can find peace even in forced stillness.

This journey also led me to reflect on Sarah Blondin’s Befriending Your Natural Cycles: Recognize Life’s Rhythms, which reminds us that life moves in cycles—we are not meant to bloom endlessly without rest. Just as trees shed their leaves in winter, we too must embrace the quiet, unseen phases of growth. Yet, we’ve become so afraid of non-doing that we resist the very stillness that could nourish us. If we’re always producing, always striving, we lose touch with the deeper rhythm of life and the wisdom it offers. This episode is an invitation to honor both movement and rest, learning to trust the natural ebb and flow of our existence.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to join me in The Connection Code, my February content plan designed to help you create deeper alignment in your life. We’ll explore how to balance ambition with rest, cultivate mindful presence, and connect with yourself in a more meaningful way. Let’s move with intention—not just for the sake of doing, but for the sake of truly being. Stay tuned for more details!

Access the Free Connection Code Workshop here:

By the end of this journey, you’ll:
✅ Feel lighter and less overwhelmed because you’re no longer pushing against life’s natural flow.
✅ Experience more energy and creativity by allowing yourself to rest and recharge without guilt.
✅ Trust yourself more deeply, making decisions from a place of clarity instead of pressure.
✅ Find joy in the present moment instead of constantly chasing the next achievement.
✅ Move through your days with more ease, confidence, and a deep sense of inner peace.

This isn’t about doing less—it’s about doing what truly matters in a way that feels good. Ready to join us? Stay tuned for details on to sign up! 💫
