  • Making New Memories with Julie Craig
    Apr 6 2025

Today I asked my husband Michael to join me to have a brief discussion about the benefit of making new memories after a significant loss.

This was prompted by my discussion with my friend Brianna, who was diagnosed a few years ago with ALS. One thing that I appreciate about my friend Brianna is that she has continued to try and do new things and make new memories while she can.

This made me want to share some of the things that I did after my husband, Steve passed away in 2021, that helped me work through my grief. And one of these things was to make some new memories with my kids.
