  • Michael Jaye: Earth Great Flood
    Apr 5 2025
Two hundred years ago, geologists determined that there was never a worldwide flood. But the early geologists' conclusion--which continues to be believed today--is indisputably erroneous, according to Michael Jaye, Ph.D.Told in easily understood language, Jaye explains how geologists got it so wrong, and more importantly, he challenges their modern-day peers to examine foundational beliefs, especially in the presence of new map data. Along the way, he identifies and rectifies geology's historic error and its consequences, answering questions such as:Why do geologists believe that there was never a worldwide flood? How is this belief erroneous? How did submerged structures like Monterey Canyon form? What process do geologists ascribe to their formation? In what way are Google Earth and Google Maps similar to Galileo's telescope? With new map data revealing submerged rivers in more than two miles of water, it's clear that such a volume could only have a cosmic source.Jaye identifies the impact remnants, and he explains how its effects irreversibly changed Earth's ecosystem. Humans are among surviving species, but we find ourselves ill-adapted to the post-flood ecosystem.Discover a historical, scientific, and philosophical treatment of The Worldwide Flood--it will forever change the way you consider Earth and human history.

Michael Jaye, Ph.D., recently retired as an associate professor at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He previously spent fifteen years teaching mathematics and its applications at West Point, New York. His interest in the worldwide flood began with Google Maps images of the Monterey Canyon system.

  • Maxim Furek: The Lost Tribes of Bigfoot
    Apr 2 2025
In his latest book, Maxim Furek, a former psychologist and rock journalist, delves into the intriguing world of Bigfoot synchronicity, embracing interdimensional theories, mass hallucinations, and Jung's collective unconscious.Furek's dedication to the subject is evident in the hundreds of accounts from researchers who strive to answer the question, "If it's not flesh and blood, then what is it?"

This question forms the heart of the author's evocative thesis as he tirelessly scours American and Canadian records for evidence of this elusive cryptid. For centuries, early newspapers printed accounts of bipedal creatures, variously listed as "Wild Men," "Hairy Giants," or "Sasquatch," a narrative that has expanded into a larger scientific, religious, and paranormal reality. This reality, as Furek presents it, is a complex web of scientific theories, religious interpretations, and paranormal phenomena that intersect in the study of Bigfoot.Furek's investigation into the tribes of true believers congregating at conferences, campsites, and online websites is a testament to their shared philosophy and "Bigfoot's sociocultural energy."

He takes issue with hoaxers, whom he charges "have sold their souls," but his respect for the believers is unwavering. The author challenges traditional beliefs about Bigfoot and encourages readers to embrace the seemingly impossible. After reading this book, your perspective on Sasquatch will be forever changed as you look at traditional science, anthropology, and religion through a different lens and with a different expectation."Paranormal author and rock journalist Maxim Furek has emerged as the 21st-century incarnation of John Keel. In "The Lost Tribes of Bigfoot," Furek explores the uncharted waters surrounding the cryptid's forbidden realm in a rousing and controversial exposé."

  • Seyfzadeh, Schoch, Grassi: New Discoveries under the Giza Pyramids
    Mar 29 2025
Researchers say they used SAR to find vast city beneath the pyramidsThe researchers claim to have discovered eight vertical cylinder-shaped structures, referred to as shafts, extending approximately 2,100 feet deep beneath the pyramids.

Italian and Scottish researchers claim they found a major discovery beneath the Pyramids of Giza, potentially rewriting the history of ancient Egypt. Using radar technology, the team led by Corrado Malanga from Italy's University of Pisa and Filippo Biondi from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland announced the findings of what they describe as a vast underground city stretching more than 6,500 feet directly beneath the pyramids."This groundbreaking study has redefined the boundaries of satellite data analysis and archaeological exploration," said the project's spokesperson, Nicole Ciccolo, according to The Sun.

She elaborated that the discovery "could redefine our understanding of the sacred topography of ancient Egypt, providing spatial coordinates for previously unknown and unexplored subterranean structures."The researchers used a new radar technology known as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), which combines satellite radar data with tiny vibrations from naturally occurring seismic movements. The radar was used to create high-resolution three-dimensional images of underground structures, a method similar to using sonar to map the ocean floor. Their study, still awaiting peer review, suggests that the complex is ten times larger than the pyramids themselves.

The team claims to have discovered eight vertical cylinder-shaped structures, referred to as shafts, extending approximately 2,100 feet deep beneath the pyramids. Each shaft is said to be surrounded by spiral pathways that connect to two 80-meter cube-shaped structures. Above these, they reportedly found five multi-level structures connected by passageways."The existence of vast chambers beneath the earth's surface, comparable in size to the pyramids themselves, has a remarkably strong correlation with the legendary Halls of Amenti," Ciccolo stated. She explained that the cylindrical structures were found underneath each of the three pyramids and appear "to serve as access points to this underground system."

  • Joshua Hammer: The Mesopotamian Riddle
    Mar 22 2025
A rollicking adventure starring three free-spirited Victorians on a twenty-year quest to decipher cuneiform, the oldest writing in the world—from the New York Times bestselling author of The Bad-Ass Librarians of Timbuktu.

It was one of history’s great vanishing acts.

Around 3,400 BCE—as humans were gathering in complex urban settlements—a scribe in the mud-walled city-state of Uruk picked up a reed stylus to press tiny symbols into clay. For three millennia, wedge shape cuneiform script would record the military conquests, scientific discoveries, and epic literature of the great Mesopotamian kingdoms of Sumer, Assyria, and Babylon and of Persia’s mighty Achaemenid Empire, along with precious minutiae about everyday life in the cradle of civilization. And then…the meaning of the characters was lost.

London, 1857. In an era obsessed with human progress, mysterious palaces emerging from the desert sands had captured the Victorian public’s imagination. Yet Europe’s best philologists struggled to decipher the bizarre inscriptions excavators were digging up.

Enter a swashbuckling archaeologist, a suave British military officer turned diplomat, and a cloistered Irish rector, all vying for glory in a race to decipher this script that would enable them to peek farther back into human history than ever before.

From the ruins of Persepolis to lawless outposts of the crumbling Ottoman Empire, The Mesopotamian Riddle whisks you on a wild adventure through the golden age of archaeology in an epic quest to understand our past.

A guide to embracing emptiness to declutter the mind and distill our experience of daily life to its essential beauty, clarity, and joy

Wynne uses real-life examples and accessible practices to help us realize our inherent wholeness, overcome the barriers to lasting happiness, and replace anxiety with unbounded gratitude and ease.

Billy Wynne has studied Buddhism and mindfulness for thirty years. He received lay Zen Buddhist ordination from the Zen Center of Denver, where he teaches classes and serves on the board. • Avi Loeb: Evidence for Interstellar Probes to Earth
    Mar 15 2025
“The world's leading alien hunter” —New York Times MagazineFrom acclaimed Harvard astrophysicist and bestselling author of Extraterrestrial comes a mind-expanding new book explaining why becoming an interstellar species is imperative for humanity’s survival and detailing a game plan for how we can settle among the stars. In the New York Times bestseller Extraterrestrial, Avi Loeb, the longest serving Chair of Harvard’s Astronomy Department, presented a theory that shook the scientific community: our solar system, Loeb claimed, had likely been visited by a piece of advanced alien technology from a distant star.

This provocative and persuasive argument opened millions of minds internationally to the vast possibilities of our universe and the existence of intelligent life beyond Earth. But a crucial question remained: now that we are aware of the existence of extraterrestrial life, what do we do next? How do we prepare ourselves for interaction with interstellar extraterrestrial civilization? How can our species become interstellar? Now Loeb tackles these questions in a revelatory, powerful call to arms that reimagines the idea of contact with extraterrestrial civilizations. Dismantling our science-fiction fueled visions of a human and alien life encounter, Interstellar provides a realistic and practical blueprint for how such an interaction might actually occur, resetting our cultural understanding and expectation of what it means to identify an extraterrestrial object.

From awe-inspiring searches for extraterrestrial technology, to the heated debate of the existence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, Loeb provides a thrilling, front-row view of the monumental progress in science and technology currently preparing us for contact. He also lays out the profound implications of becoming—or not becoming—interstellar; in an urgent, eloquent appeal for more proactive engagement with the world beyond ours, he powerfully contends why we must seek out other life forms, and in the process, choose who and what we are within the universe.Combining cutting edge science, physics, and philosophy, Interstellar revolutionizes the approach to our search for extraterrestrial life and our preparation for its discovery. In this eye-opening, necessary look at our future, Avi Loeb artfully and expertly raises some of the most important questions facing us as humans, and proves, once again, that scientific curiosity is the key to our survival.

Abraham (Avi) Loeb is the Frank B. Baird, Jr., Professor of Science at Harvard University, the longest-serving chair of Harvard’s Department of Astronomy, the founding director of Harvard’s Black Hole Initiative, and the current director of the Institute for Theory and Computation (ITC) within the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. He also heads the Galileo Project, chairs the Advisory Committee for the Breakthrough Starshot Initiative, and is former chair of the Board on Physics and Astronomy of the National Academies. Author of eight books and more than a thousand scientific papers, Loeb is an elected fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the American Physical Society, and the International Academy of Astronautics. In 2012, Time selected Loeb as one of the twenty-five most influential people in space. He lives near Boston, Massachusetts.
