  • Resumen

  • This episode starts by exploring the feelings and sentiments of a bruised and battered leadership team - and their discovery that they had something to celebrate.

Life throws us curved balls every day. For most (read "Normal Crazy People"), the automatic way in which the thinking mind reacts only magnifies life's everyday challenges, making dealing with them all the more difficult.

For starters, in this episode, we celebrate coping. When we cope with a challenge - or, to put it in proper terms, when we rise to a challenge and deal with it - we provide ourselves with an important opportunity to encourage ourselves to move forward in our lives.

Coping produces Perfect Moments. And, yet, coping is just the beginning.

When you take control of your state of mind, when you stop thinking and start acting, when you "go beyond caring", you're ready for real action. And every, however small, demonstration of real action encourages us to "trust the process".

This "process" is one where, by taking control of our state of mind, we become action heroes - no more thinking and overthinking, no more making the simple complex, no more questioning our ability to change our lives. We just do.

And, when we just do - starting with coping - we learn to trust a process that is, in fact, a process in developing our ability to trust ourselves.

There's an inner you that you can trust implicitly - explicitly. This inner you rises from within when you rise to the occasion of the here and now.

It's time to liberate that inner you.
