V – Vision of the Kingdom of God

I – Intention to be a disciple of Jesus

M – Means of inner transformation

Examples of Spiritual Practices:

Quiet time, Silence, Solitude, Sleep, Sabbath, Fasting, Scripture Memorization, Study.
