Dirty fighting

The Author fights dirty. He gets you looking one way and hits you from another. He feints just to reposition and come at you from a completely new direction. This story could teach a lot of would be writers the true meaning of “subverting expectations”.
Well played Mr. Sanderson, we’ll played.

this may be my favorite of his work

I absolutely loved this book just like all of the rest but this may be my favorite though. The story keeps you engaged and keeps you guessing It is a beautiful love story and who doesn't love love?

the ending

loved the story loved the ending very good everything wraps up good very cool story love the plot twist

Character work is top tier

No spoilers just check it out. Never read a romance before and it makes you put a lot of investiture into their relationship.

I was surprised about the addition of manga styles and I absolutely love it.

I know it's greedy but I want more to the book. I would settle for a sequel.

unexpectedly sweet

The story was so touching. it was so sweet. I'm a grown man and I wept while driving down the road.

First time reader of this genre

I'm in a local book club and this is our book of the month. I was very skeptical, due to it not being my typical genre but I really enjoyed it.
it was easy to follow. World building was a great and the narrator was amazing.

My First Review and I've Read the Entire Cosmere so Far

Up to this point I've read every cosmere novel written. This was easily the best story for its length. You can only fit so much into a novella, this one felt personal, real, and was beautifully executed. I loved it. If not the best fantasy book I've ever read it's certainly up there.

Extremely fun and different

This book was an extremely fun read. It was the experience of seeing these well written characters have fun and form a believable and memorable relationship!
