A creature beloved by his Creator
I am so grateful for this book. It has given me so many moments where I had to pause and consider my assumptions about myself and God. So many moments where I was caused to look with love and gratitude towards God. It has informed many beautiful discussions with friends and my husband. Theologically sound and so freeing
I wish I had listened to this book years ago. It is such a profoundly Biblical rebuttal to our cultural norms I’ve always been on the go, always needing to be productive, doing it all, etc.

The insights in this book were completely paradigm-shifting for me. In all my stress and feelings of never doing enough, I had never considered that it was actually my doctrine of creation that was lacking. It is not overstatement to say that reading this has changed my life. Planning to buy a hard copy soon.

Such an encouraging read
I don’t love the narrator personally. He’s not bad, I just don’t love his voice. But it is such a good book. So helpful for anyone struggling with perfectionism or identity.
