A Sense of Wholeness
The Author does a great job of simplifying the process of trusting your inner guidance to lead you to more success, happiness and ease throughout your life. This isn’t to say that you will never experience anything difficult ever again, quite the opposite, it is a tool to ground yourself in your own inner knowledge and confidence to figure out how to gracefully walk through your challenges and experience success on the other side. Loved this book so much! I’ve added more bookmarks than ever before and I plan to come back to it often. I also love how each chapter is short and laser focused on one topic for easy trouble shooting while using your IGS.

This book is nothing short of remarkable! It offers profound insights that resonate deeply with me. The author’s examples are not only relatable but also spot-on, making the concepts both accessible and engaging. I found the narrative to be incredibly inspirational, leaving me longing for more content to explore.
Once you dive into this book, it’s impossible to view things the same way again. I’ve noticed myself frequently checking my Internal Guidance System (IGS) as a result of the shifts in perspective it fosters. Although I still occasionally grapple with distinguishing between my rational thoughts and the IGS, the techniques presented have genuinely had a transformative impact on my life.
