I've become to love the story lines each and every one but this book without action shows that something is truly missing even though you love each of them. the action just let's you remember how you came to do it.

More side stories would be GREAT!
This was such a satisfying little blurb! I would love to see more of Edwards home life, or how about an update with Dolf and the rest of the St. Louis PD!? Or maybe even a meeting with the mysterious Dragon! Also, the Traveler seemed like a tentative ally, I’d be interested in what happened to him.
I would also love to visit Cape Cod. I loved the introduction of merfolk/sirens.

Fantastic as always!
I'm a huge anita blake fan since I was a kid. Yes, this was too short. But it's a novella, they r short. I can't wait to see what happens next! We listened to this in 1 afternoon!
