Outstanding!
Dr. Ryken’s work on the Puritan’s is exceptional!! Both sides of the Puritan thinking are laid out in the Puritan’s own words not just the author’s opinion.

Very Good Book Highlighting the Puritan Life
This book was excellent. Recently I was in a tour in Boston. The pilgrims and puritans were cussed and maligned while on the tour. Others have said that puritans are the Taliban of Christianity. This book silences this notion.
