Funny, "Realistic", and knowledgable

Being in a situation as Tav and group are in, it feels real. All the chores, daily life, knowledge of characters, and personality of all the characters makes this a good read/listen. not overly done sex scenes, great narrators, and perfect pacing of timeline. Characters are growing in relationships and personal qualities. I enjoy this book and recommend it to anyone who likes post-apocalyptic, survival, action book.

Eric does it again.

Great end of world survival series. Focused on military and survival tactics. With Polyamorous elements. Keeps getting better. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Absolute unit of a book!

First of all, I must commend the narrators, I absolutely love them both.

Eric Vall has once again delivered a 5/5 book, and I will check the store multiple times a day for the next one.

Pros:
*Slightly OP, but still humble and good-hearted MC. (just like i like them)
*Extremely likable characters.
*Focuses more on the survival, and interaction between main characters, and less on the conflict aspect of a post apocalyptic world.
*The antagonists, are a small group of anarchistic bikers, rather than mutated monsters attacking everything, or big governments/corporations trying to control the world, like many post apocalyptic worlds have, and I liked the simplicity of it.

Cons:
*It seems to me like the MC and his girls just have a sexual relationship, not that much romance/love involved.

Overall, and in my opinion, this is almost as good as his Metal Mage series, and that only wins because of the romantic relationship they have.

Great book and great narrators... just wow can’t wait for book 3... please don’t make me wait too long :P

These two narrators.

I have listened to the summoner series, the metal mage series and the succubus lord series beforebthie one. these books like this one are all great fresh takes on fantasy and fiction. But what really sells it for me is the narrator's Christopher Boucher and Jessica Threet. I thank you both for bringing the characters in each story to life.

A good listen.

A bit slow getting started. But the story ark builds to one hell of a battle. well worth the wait.

A Good Reai.

If you enjoy Eric Calls writing and you enjoyed the first book in this series then I believe you will enjoy this book. I found the progression of this book interesting and the growth of the characters fun.I'm interested to see where they go from here and I would love for them to have some interaction with others that did not end in death. The narration is spot on and I can't wait for the next Audible!

Entertaining to follow

Enjoyable to follow along as the group grows tighter and they enjoy each others company. Well written.
